The kit allows you to perform a number of analyses to determine the main characteristics of wines. You can determine: the pH, the alcohol content by distillation and by ebulliometry, the total acidity, the volatile acidity, the reducing and total sugars and the sulphur dioxide. The kit includes the apparatus for distillation, for the ebullioscopic point, for the distillation of steam, portable pH meter, digital thermometer, various accessories and reagents. It does not include the electric heating mixer.
