This kit enables to observe the macroscopic aspects of the main heterogeneous systems. After observing the different examples of heterogeneous systems proposed, students can infer that the constituents of these systems do not show any affinity. These phenomena are due to the different intensity of the cohesive forces binding the particles of each substance.
