Titrated solutions

CB-IN-75/EV

This kit enables to test different methods for determining solution concentrations, that is molar concentration, molality, equivalent concentration, equivalent weight, mass percent, volume percent, grams per liter. Using this kit students will learn to pass from a system to another system applying some transformation formulae. This testing is divided into various sections: the first section consists in preparing dilute solutions starting from concentrated solutions, as well as some solutions of hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, with different molar concentration. The second section consists in preparing molar solutions using solid solutes: in detail, students will prepare solutions of potassium permanganate and of oxalic acid, with different molar concentration.
