Multifunctional concentration pilot plant

This plant consists of a double-effect falling-film evaporator and it is designed to concentrate juices of low viscosity. The water evaporated in the first stage is used as heating steam for the second stage, with a consequent improvement of process efficiency as regards the steam consumption.
