Freeze drying or sublimation drying is a process enabling to dry a product previously frozen, under high vacuum. This pilot plant is designed to carry out freeze-drying tests on small quantities of food products.

Training program

  • Freeze-drying process control versus the following operational parameters:
    • residual pressure
    • power of the electric heater
    • product typology
