Mixing water and sugar according to a prefixed ratio in this mixer prepares the syrup; then the syrup output from this operation is mixed with the alcoholic fraction coming from the infusion tank.
This mixture will settle for a given time interval according to the liqueur that must be produced.
The mixing phase can also last approximately ten months, as for mint elixir, if liqueur is forced to mature in the mixer and not in bottles.
