Solubility diagram of two partially miscible liquids

This experiment involves preparing phenol/water mixtures at different concentrations; these are heated for complete miscibility. Subsequently these mixtures are cooled and the temperature values are recorded in correspondence of those that have turbidity as a result of the separation. If you chart the separation temperature towards the composition of the mixture, a curve of separation is obtained.
